Summary: We wanted to love the hotel but the trip didn’t meet our expectations. The first room we checked into (2nd floor larger room) hadn’t been cleaned. Sheets were balled up on the couch. Bed not made. Second room given to us was smaller and on the first floor. We stayed for 3 nights and never had the room cleaned. No one ever came by. We checked out Saturday night due to an uncomfortable mattress. Hotel is new but cleaning services were nonexistent. Overall amenities were nice and everything worked. Parking lot was well lit with tons of cameras. Hotel is centrally located to the main part of town.

Summary: This was the best experience I have had at any hotel. Staff was awesome. There was a restaurant and bar and free breakfast. Robot names Paulina would bring you anything you want from towels to room service and snacks. Got a goody bag when I checked in. The place was spotless and smelled wonderful when we came in. The suite was very nice. Well apppinted, clean and very spacious. Bed was comfy

Summary: Stay was pleasant, only issue was the bar. Getting charged $60 for two shots of patron tequila when i asked for the price before ordering and they were not able to give it to me because they were close to closing. Other than that the room stay was pleasant.
